WBS 7
- This weekend we operated at 4 K to the tunnel, incorporating a two-turbine liquid nitrogen cycle.
- On Tuesday, 19 February, we started the warm vacuum pump and went to 2 K in the tunnel. By 4 p.m., both the cryomodule and the quarter-cryomodule were at 2 K.

Monique Adams, Executive Director of 757 Angels, a regional venture capital network, will be speaking as part of the Internal Inventor Academy Series on Nov. 26, at 11 a.m. in CEBAF Center F113. 757 Angels is a select network of over 100 business and community leaders in the Hampton Roads region, who provide investment capital, strategic advice and mentoring to selected startup and early-stage companies to help them achieve market leadership. 757 Angels seeks dealflow from the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Injector and Front-End Test
-Waveguide connections to the first HPA have been done and klystrons are being installed.
-Plumbing for injector service building has been installed. LCW system operational.
-The approach has been defined for cryomodule installation sequence. First cryomodule slated to be installed by 7 September.

Injector and Front-End Test
-First cryomodule is in the tunnel.
-Four klystrons have been installed in the first HPA.
-Copper cavities (chopper 1 & 2, capture section) have been installed on the injector girder as injector reassembly continues.
-Electronics have been reinstalled in high-voltage cage for the gun. First try to run gun from control room this week.

Injector and Front-End Test
-Injector main pump and vacuum manifold installed.
-Fabrication of 5-MeV chicane vacuum chambers started on schedule at University of Illinois.
-Cables for injector magnets and controls pulled.
-First cryomodule has been mounted on its stands and cabling is proceeding.

Project preparations for a November review are continuing, although the date has not been set yet.

-Beam viewers in the injector became operational in preparation for a 100-kV beamline test planned for this week.
