  • Non-Exempt Time Reporting for Open House

    Non-exempts who worked at the open house on Saturday, May 1st, should
    charge their time to the project OPNHSE using a pay type of OT. You can
    add this charge to your timesheet by typing OPNHSE in the first blank
    row of the Project column. Then tab over to the pay type column and
    select OT from the dropdown listing. As a reminder, non-exempts should
    be recording their hours worked in Time Collection on a daily basis.

  • Jefferson Lab Pager Change Out Deadline Today

    If you have an older pager issued by Jefferson Lab, you must exchange that pager for a new one today.

    Jefferson Lab is changing the frequency it uses for its pagers, making the older pagers useless.

    The new pagers use the 900MHz frequency.

    You can exchange your older pager today at CEBAF Center, Room F228 between 8 a.m. to noon.

    If you are unsure if your pager will work with the new frequency, please call Morgan Anderson in Telecommunications at extension 7799.
