Coordinating Committee
The Coordinating Committee (CC) is appointed by the program managers and consists of representatives from the US and Japan:

The CC acts as a standing committee and reviews and judges the applications as they come in. The CC also evaluates the progress of the program on an annual basis and advises the program managers on areas of priority and further program development.
