Meeting Room Setups

Please note: All room reservations are subject to change, should scheduling conflicts arise with reviews, workshops, video conferencing, etc. Should it become necessary to move your meeting, Event Services will work with you to find a suitable alternative location.

The following meeting rooms are available for scheduling through the O365 Calendar program. Contact your administrative support person for assistance. For access to the calendar program, click here.


ARC 125, which has classroom seating for 65 must be scheduled directly through Event Services at x6930 or eventservices@jlab.org.

This document lists the rooms available to book in the O365 calendar as well as default set-up, capacities and capabilities.

Rooms can be set up in various ways to accommodate your event needs. Here are typical room layouts that can be used for an event. Some rooms have more space than others and set-up space and types can vary. Please contact Event Services with your request to begin that dialogue.
