Machine Shop

MISSION

Our mission is to provide customized, timely, cost-effective production or modification of standard and unusual parts; assist in designing and building prototypes; and support new laboratory initiatives, the operation of the accelerator, and associated experimental programs.

The Machine Shop (EEL Building 90) provides the following services:

• Production or modification of parts
• Purchase of any materials needed
• Control raw stock area
• Vendor service for outside jobs
