REWARDS AND RECOGNITION vs2

Our greatest asset here at the lab is our employees. Without the hard work and dedication of each and every person, we would not be able to meet the needs of our contract, nor would we be able to deliver on outcomes with impeccable precision and at a high-level quality. As a result, we want to provide ways to celebrate and reward efforts for jobs well done and for going above and beyond to keep us safe and for the extra effort and dedication that we rely on across the lab.

Below are some of the ways we look to celebrate, reward, and recognize individuals. With encouragement and the continual support from Lab Leadership, consider nominating, recognizing and find ways to promote the use of each of the programs.
