Team Responsibilities
  • Provide review, input, and guidance to ES&H during changes and updates to the Jefferson Lab Work Planning and Control processes identified in ES&H Manual Chapter 3210 and its technical appendices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for your division, department, or group with respect to ES&H Manual Chapter 3210 questions and process changes.
  • Participate in the implementation of ePAS, a software tool designed to support these changes and updates by
    • Serve as a point of contact for your division/department/group
    • Provide technical expertise at decision points during the discovery phase of ePAS implementation
    • Providing guidance on migrating TJNAF-specific content to the ePAS tool
    • Be among the first trainees to use the system
